Physical pin 3000 Pin, design density higher than 0.05 (board size/14pin-components) 6-layer PCB, 5-layer signal / power supply (including the surface), a layer GND.

Design difficulty
(1) dual-mode mobile, including two sets of base-band circuit, two SIM cards and peripheral circuits, layout and routing are very difficult;

(2) As a variety of mixed digital analog signals, we must ensure that all network work well, but also ensure the high quality of all kinds of digital analog signals (adopting packet processing to all analog signal, and avoiding the adjacent layer of high-speed digital signals, keeping integrity of the ground plane of the reference layer;

(3) limited structure size and design layers, without compromising expanded space, high density layout, difficult to design.
