1.PACKAGE TEST LOADBOARD / DIB
Hampoo custom Loadboards (DIB) are designed for all devices type, including digital, analog, mixed and RF devices. They can adapt to both hand test and automated handler test. Hampoo can incorporate any brand of socket or contactor in our Loadboard (DIB) design. 2.PROBE CARD PCB
Hampoo offers both generic and customize PCB for Cantilever probe cards & Vertical probe cards.
3.PROBER INTERFACE PCB /PIB
Hampoo provides a full range of standard PIBs for all major tester platforms. We also provide customize PIB per customer’s requirements.
